Step 1: Preliminary Supplier Evaluation

We initiate our process with a thorough preliminary evaluation of potential suppliers. This includes an extensive review of their certifications, customer recommendations, claims about their capabilities, and overall financial stability. We ensure that each supplier meets our stringent standards for excellence and reliability before moving forward.

Step 2: Supplier Application & Agreements

Interested suppliers must complete an initial application questionnaire that provides us with insights into their capacities and certifications. To safeguard our trade secrets and proprietary information, they are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and agree to our terms and conditions, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.

Step 3: Personal Supplier Meetings

After reviewing applications, we conduct in-person meetings with qualified suppliers. This allows us to explore their processes, capabilities, and qualifications in greater detail.

Step 4: Supplier Inspection Audit & Sample Orders

We perform comprehensive supplier inspection audits, assessing various factors such as machining capabilities, financial robustness, design proficiency, quality management practices, and organizational processes. We also order samples to validate their capabilities before gradually assigning them relevant jobs. This thorough audit instills confidence that our suppliers have the infrastructure and processes necessary for consistent, high-quality results.

Step 5: Continuous Performance Monitoring

Our commitment to quality assurance extends beyond supplier onboarding. We continuously monitor a range of performance criteria, including quality, communication, pricing competitiveness, and on-time delivery, as well as gathering user feedback. Suppliers are regularly evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Scores range from 1 to 5, with 5 representing excellent performance. This system categorizes suppliers from A to D, with A denoting superior performance.

Step 6: On-site Audits for High Volume Production Suppliers

For suppliers engaged in high-volume production, we conduct on-site audits through accredited supplier monitoring companies, adhering to recognized protocols. This ensures that suppliers can meet high-volume demands without compromising quality. We provide audit results upon request.

• Parts Out of Spec: In the rare event that parts fail to meet specifications due to supplier error, we will promptly remake or rectify the parts at our expense, minimizing any inconvenience to you.

• Late Parts: Timely delivery is paramount. Our operations team actively manages production and delivery timelines. If delays occur, we will compensate for the inconvenience on future orders and tighten our processes to prevent recurrence.

• No Delivery: In the unlikely scenario where delivery fails to occur, we hold supplier payments in escrow until successful delivery, ensuring your financial security. Should non-delivery occur, we will provide a full refund, effectively mitigating your financial risk.
